Daging Kari Tomat
beef in a slightly spicy curry-tomato sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
300 g of goat meat
2 salam leaves
2 cm lengkuas / galangal
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1-2 tomatoes
800 ml of water
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
2 red lomboks
2 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the tomatoes finely.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the laos for 4 minutes. Then add the meat and cook until it changes color. Then add the tomato, curry, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water and simmer until done.
