chicken snacks with lemongrass
500 gr chicken
3 sereh (lemongrass)
Cut/Chop the chicken into bite-size pieces. Slice the sereh in cm long pieces. Crush the sereh until stringy. Heat in a pan the water and cook the chicken for 15 minutes. Drain and let it cool off.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the sereh. Remove the sereh and drain it. Add the chicken and fry it until golden brown and done. Mix the chicken and the sereh and serve.
