chicken lemon  sate

200 gr chicken mince
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp pepper
3 coriander roots
9 sereh / lemongrass
4 coriander leaves
3 chives
1 small carrot
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 egg white

Pound or grind the garlic, the pepper and the coriander root into a paste. Chop the carrot, the chives, 1 sereh and the coriander leaves fine. Mix all this with the meat and the egg white. Form portion and wrap these around the sereh. Roast it for slowly for 15 minutes above a charcoalfire or 25 minutes in a preheated oven on 180 degrees.
