shrimp balls
ingredients:
11 prawns
50 gr flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 coriander root
2 cloves of garlic
2 slices of white bread
oil
preparation:
Pound or grind the prawns, the garlic and the coriander root into a paste. Mix in the flour, the salt and the pepper. Chop the bread fine and into crumbs. Form from the dough small balls and roll it through the breadcrumbs. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the balls until golden brown and cooked (about 1 minute)
