Daging Masak Kecap Cabai Hijau
Beef with kecap and green peppers

500 gr beef (schenkel)
7 shallots
7 green lomboks
2 salam leaves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 clove
2 cm cinnamon
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp palm sugar
1500 ml of water
2 tbsp oil

4 cloves of garlic
6 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp jinten

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
Cut the meat into pieces, the shallots into thin slices and the peppers lengthwise. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu to a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu with the shallots and the salam for 4 minutes. Then add the lomboks and fry them soft.
Then add the meat and fry it until it changes color. Then add the nutmeg, the clove, the kecap, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well. Then add the water bit by bit and cook slowly until done.
Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.
