Semur Telur Bebek
stewed duck eggs in dark spicy sauce
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
5 duck eggs, cooked and peeled
400 ml chicken broth
5 cloves
2 cm of cinnamon
1 salam leaf
3 tbsp kecap manis
2 chopped dried lomboks
5 cherry tomatoes
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
3 shallots
5 cloves of garlic
3 kemiri nuts
1/2 tsp ketumbar
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp nutmeg
1 cm jahe
1 tsp salt
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry / deep-fry the eggs until golden brown and set aside.
Heat in a pan 1 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu together with the cloves, the cinnamon, the salam, the lomboks and the tomatoes for 3 minutes. Then mix in the kecap and fry for another 2 minutes.
Then add the stock and the eggs and cook over low heat until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
