beef in creamy sauce with fresh coconut from Jakarta

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g beef
100g grated coconut
2 cm jahe
2 salam leaves
2 tsp salt
1250 ml kokosmlek
1 young coconut
3 tablespoons oil
 
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
3 red chilies
2 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 cm fingerroot/temu kunci
4 kemiri nuts
1 tsp ketumbar
1/2 tsp peppercorns
1/2 teaspoon anise
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
 
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the meat into cubes and roast the coconut. Grate the cocos from the coconut. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the jahe and the salam for 5 minutes. Add the meat and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the coconut milk and add the grated and cook the meat slowly until cooked and until the sauce has thickened. Spoon in the young coconut and serve.
