Hati sapi tumis bombay
fried liver with onions
400g beef liver
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp kecap inggris (Worcestershire sauce)
4 tbsp kecap manis
1 tsp salt
100 ml of water
Heat in a pan the water and cook the liver shortly. Drain and cut the liver into thick strips. Chop the garlic fine. Slice the leek and onion into strips.
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the garlic and onion for 2 minutes. Add the liver, kecaps, salt and pepper and stir well. Add the water and cook slowly until the saus has thickened. Spoon in the leek and serve.
