Bandeng Bumbu Cabai Rawit
fried fish in spicy sauce

400 gr bandeng, otherwise milk fish / red mullet
1 lime, juice
1 tsp salt
3 jeruk purut leaves
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt
150 ml of water
1 bunch of kemangi

3 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
4 red rawits
4 green rawits
1 tsp terasi / trasi

Cara membuat:
Rub the fish with the salt and the lime juice. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until brown and cooked and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat in a pan 2 tbsp oil and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut for 4 minutes. Then add the salt, palm sugar and water and bring to the boil.
Then add the fish and the kemangi and mix well. Serve.
