Sate Ayam Berbumbu Petis
Specially marinated chicken sate

300 gr chicken thights
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp kecap manis
Sate skewers

4 shallots
1/2 tsp palm sugar
3 red rawits
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tbsp petis

2 tbsp bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
Cut the chicken into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Mix the meat with the bumbu, the kecap and the lime juice and let it rest for at least 40 minutes.
Put the meat onto the skewers and roast above a charcoal fire until done and brown. Sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and serve.

Sufficient for 14 skewers
