spicy beef liver with peteh beans

350g beef liver
10 peteh beans
1 lemongrass twist
2 asam kandis
2 red chilies
1 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
1000 ml santen
2 tablespoons oil
4 shallots
4 cloves garlic
6 red chilies
2 kemiri nuts
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the liver into cubes. Halve the peteh beans. Cut the chilies into rings. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the lemon grass, the asam kandis and chilies for 4 minutes. Add the liver and stir well. Then add the peteh, salt and the palm sugar and stir. Pour in the santen and cook until the liquid has almost disappeared and the liver is tender.
