Semur Tenggiri Nanas

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr of mackerel
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp lemon juice
oil
3 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
1 red lombok
2 jeruk purut leaves
1 sereh / lemongrass
2 cm jahe
250 ml of water
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp of palm sugar
1/2 tbsp lime juice
150 gr pineapple
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Marinate the fish with lemon juice and salt for 15 minutes. Heat in a pan sufficient oil and fry the fish brown and cooked and set aside.
Cut the shallots, garlic, sereh, jahe and lombok finely. Cut the pineapple into small pieces. Heat in a pan 2 tablespoons of oil and fry the shallots, garlic, lombok, jeruk purut, sereh and jahe for 4 minutes. Add the fish and mix well.
Then add the water, the tomato sauce, the kecap, the pepper, the palm sugar, the lime juice and the pineapple and cook it slowly until done.
