Ayam Kecap Masak Pedas
fried chicken in a spicy sweet sauce
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 chicken
1 tsp lime juice
1 tsp salt
2 shallots
4 cloves of garlic
6 red rawits
3 red cabai keriting (curly cayenne pepper)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp kecap manis
1 tbsp saus tomat (see recipe)
1/2 tbsp kecap asin
1.4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tsp palm sugar
200ml water
oil
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Cut the chicken into 12 pieces and rub it with the salt and lime juice and let it rest for 15 minutes. Cut the shallots, rawits and keriting into thin slices. Chop the garlic very fine.
Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the chicken until brown and crispy. Remove the chicken from the pan and drain.
Heat 2 tbsp of the used oil in a pan and fry the shallots and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the rawits and the keriting and mix well. Then add the chicken together with the oyster sauce, the kecaps, the saus tomat, the pepper, the salt and the palm sugar and mix well.
Then add the water and cook until done. Serve
