Smoor Ayam Siliwangi

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients;
1 chicken (1250 gr)
5 shallots
2 cloves garlic
2 cm jahe, crushed
1/2 tsp mace
1 tsp pepper
400 ml water
oil
Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Cut the chicken into pieces and slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the water and cook the chicken for 10 minutes (half done). Drain the chicken but keep the stock. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the chicken golden brown.
Heat in a wok the stock and add the shallots, the garlid, the jahe, the peper and the mace. Then add the chicken and let it simmer slowly for 30 minutes until the chicken is done and the sauce has thickened.
