dry fried chicken

500 gr. chicken breast
One eats. lime juice
1/2 tsp. ketumbar
salt to taste
1/4 tsp. jinten
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. Laos

Cara membuat:
Lay the fillet with a little water in a pan and let the meat simmer for 15 minutes. Allow the meat to cool and cut it into thin strips. Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat dry and crunchy
