Abon Ayam bawang

500 gr chicken breast
100 ml of coconut milk
10 salam leaves
2 tbsp oil
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp asam water
1 tsp ketumbar
2 tbsp bawang goreng
250 ml of water

Cara membuat:
Cook the meat in water until tender and let it cool. Shred the meat. Mix the meat with the coconut milk, the salt, the salam, the asam water and the ketumbar. Heat a wok and add the meat mixture and let it simmer until the liquid has evaporated.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the meat mixture until brown and drain it on kitchen paper. Then scoop the bawang goring through and serve.
