Abon Ayam

500 gr. chicken breast
2 squeezed limes
1/2 tsp ketumbar
salt to taste
pinch of jinten (cumin)
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp laos (galangal)
100 ml of water

Cara membuat:
Place the chicken in a pan with water and bring to the boil. Then let the meat simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the meat from the pan and fray the meat apart. Then mix the chicken in a bowl with the ketumbar, the jinten, the laos, lime juice and salt to taste. Heat the oil in a wok and fry the chicken herein until dry and crisp.
