Mu Put Puk Gaung Tuong
pak choi with pork (2pp)
ingredients:
150 gr pak choi
25 gr baby corn
200 gr lean pork
4 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp light soy sauce (kecap asin)
1/2 tsp cane sugar
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp water
Preparation/method:
Slice the pork thinly, the garlic very fine and the pak choi and the corn into small piece. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic. Then add the pork and fry it until its brwon. Then add the soy sauce, the suger, the oyster sauce and the water. Mix it well and the add the vegetables and stir fry until done.
