braised beef in coconut milk
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
750g veal or beef with bone
1000 ml of water
750 ml coconut milk
2 asam kandis
1 kunyit leaf
2 jeruk purut
1 sereh/lemongrass
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
7 shallots
7 cloves of garlic
7 red lomboks
1 cm kunyit
2 cm laos
4 kemiri/candlenuts
1 tsp salt
Cara Membuat:
preparation:
Cooking the meat in the water until done, and then remove the bone and cut the meat into pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Heat in a pan the coconut milk together with all the ingredients and simmer it gently until the coconut milk has thickened.
