Tumis Taoge Ayam
stir-fry with bean sprouts with chicken

200g bean sprouts
100g chicken mince
3 cloves garlic
1 shallot
1 cm jahe
1/2 green bell pepper
3 Auricularia auricula-judae
2 tsp kecap jamur
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
Chop the garlic, shallot and jahe. Cut the paprika and mushrooms into strips. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the garlic, shallot, jahe and the bell pepper for 3 minutes. Add the mince and fry them loose. The add the mushrooms and the bean sprouts and cook gently until soft. Then add the kecap, salt and pepper and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Toss in the sesame oil and serve.
