spicy sweet sour lambchops

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1000 gr lambchops
3 tbsp oil
1000 ml water
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tsp vinager
1/2 tsp salt

Haluskan:
bumbu:
5 red lomboks
1 tsp peppercorns
6 cm jahe (ginger)
8 shallots
5 cloves garlic

Cara membuat:
preperation/method:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste and marinade the meat with it. Let it rest for at least 15 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown. Add the water, the kecap, the vinager and the salt and let it cook slowy until all fluids have evaporated. Then serve.
