Tongseng kambing
Lamb/goat stew

500 lamb or goat meat
4 red loboks
5 shallots
3 cloves garlic
7 cabbage leaves
½ tsp pepper
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp lime juice
500 ml coconut milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
3 tbsp oil
100 ml water

Cara membuat:
Cut the meat in small cubes. Cut the lomboks in small rings, the shallots and garlic in thin slices. Remove the hard part from the cabbage leaves and slice them.
Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic, the shallots and the lomboks for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry it brown. Add the kecap, the pepper,
the salt and the palmsugar together with the water and cook it until the sauce has thickened. Add the coconut milk and when it start to boil add
the cabbage and the limejuice and let it stew slowly until the cabbage is done and the sauce has thickened.
