spicy meatballs
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500 gr meatballs (beef)
2 salam leaves
3 jeruk purut leaves
2 tbsp kecap manis
100ml water
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
8 shallots
6 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks
100 gr red rawits
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the balls into slices. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the balls until brown and set aside. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat some oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the salam and the jeruk purut for 5 minutes.
Then add the balls, water, kecap, salt and palm sugar and mix well and cook until the sauce has thickened. Serve.
