Singgang Daging
fried sweet spare ribs
Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1500 gr beef ribs (spare ribs)
4 cloves of garlic
2 cm jahe/ginger
1 tsp salt
4 tbsp kecap manis
2 tbsp arak
1/2 tsp five spice powder (see recipe)
1/2 tsp pepper
1 tbsp palm sugar
125ml water
4 tbsp oil
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Finely chop the garlic and grate the jahe. Cut the ribs into pieces and rub them with the garlic, the jahe and the salt. Mix all other ingredients, except the palm sugar, well.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the ribs for 6 minutes until they are brown. Then pour the sauce over it and bring to the boil. Then over low heat and covered, let the ribs continue to stew until they are done. Then mix in the palm sugar and let it caramelize. serve.
