Nasi goreng kencur
fried rice with shrimp and anchovies

500g white rice, cooked
100g prawns, peeled
1 green rawit
2 eggs
1/2 tbsp fish sauce
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
100g bean sprouts
50 g teri / anchovies
3 sprigs kemangi, chopped
3 tablespoons oil
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
2 red chilies
3cm kencur
1 tsp shrimp paste bakar
100g crackers
2 tablespoons fried onions
Cara membuat:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Scoop it aside and add the eggs and stir until tender. Add the shrimp and cook 2 minutes. Then the rice, fish sauce, salt, chopped rawit and pepper and cook for a few minutes. Add the anchovies, the bean sprouts and kemangi and cook until done. Serve with prawn crackers and bawang goreng
