Asam Keung Udeng
prawns in spicy sour sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
500g tiger prawns
1 lemon
½ tsp salt
4 belimbing (star fruit)
5 green lomboks
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
400 ml of water

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 small red onions
5 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit
6 pieces asam Sunti
5 red lomboks
1 tsp salt

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Halve the belimbing and cut the lomboks into slices. Peel the shrimp but leave the tail. Squeeze the lemon and mix together the salt and the prawns. Then mixed bumbu with the prawns.
Heat a wok and fry the prawns briefly. Then add the Belimbing, the lomboks, the jeruk purut and the water and cook the prawns until done.
