bokchoy with terasi and tomato
Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr bokchoy
1 tomato
50 ml of water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp oil
Haluskan:
bumbu:
2 shallots
3 cloves of garlic
3 red lomboks, pitted
1 tsp terasi / trasi
1/4 tsp pepper
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the bokchoy into 3 cm pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste. Cut the tomato into small cubes.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the bumbu for 3 minutes. Then add the tomato and bokchoy and fry until they soften. Then add the water, salt and palm sugar and fry it until done. Serve.
