Steam spicy shrimps/prawns
Bahan-bahan:
Ingredients:
500 gr peeld shrimps/prawns
3 sprigs peteh beans (stink beans)
5 green tomatoes
6 salam leaves
3 sereh (lemongrass)
3 cm laos(galangal)
3 red lomboks
5 red rawits
banana leaves
Haluskan:
Bumbu:
6 red shallots
3 cm jahe (ginger)
5 kemiri (candlenuts)
2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
2 cm kunyit (turmeric)
Cara membuat:
Preparation/method:
Slice the tomatoes into pieces. Slice the lomboks and the rawits fine. Slice the sereh and the laos fine. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Mix all ingredients well. Divide it into 6
portions. Wrap the portion into banana leaf and steam it for 15 minutes until done.
