Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
250g mussels / clams
1/2 young coconut, grated
5 belimbing
14 red rawit
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
banana leaf
Haluskan:
bumbu:
7 shallots
2 red chilies
4 cloves garlic
1 cm galangal
1 cm kencur
1 teaspoon shrimp paste
1 lemongrass stalk
Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the belimbing into thin slices. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste and mix it with the coconut, the belimbing, the rawits, salt and palm sugar.
Spoon some of the mixture on banana leaf and fold it closed as a packet. Steam the packet for 30 minutes until done. Sufficient for 14 packets.
