fried shrimps with green peppers

100 gr shrimps/prawns
6 green lomboks
2 shallots
50 gr carrots
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp kecap asin
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp white pepper
3 tbsp oil

clean the shrimps/prawns. cut the lomboks, the carrot, the garlic and the shallots into thin slices. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the garlic for a few seconds. Then add the shrimps/prawns and fry them for 1 minute. Add the lomboks, the shallots and the carrot. Then add the fishsauce, the kecap, the oyster sauce, the palmsugar and the pepper and fry it for 2 minutes.
