steamed fish packets

ingredients:
1000 gr fishmeat
250 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
1 tsp trasi
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 egg
5 jeruk purut / kaffir lime leaves
banana leaves
biteng

Ingredients sauce:
250 ml coconut milk
1 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)

preparation:
Cut the jeruk purut leaves finely. Mash the fish with the coconut milk, the curry paste, the trasi, the fish sauce and the egg. Spoon the jeruk purut through the mixture. Spoon some of the mixture on a banana leaf and fold it as a package and fasten the ends with the biting. Steam the packets in 15 minutes.
Heat the coconut milk in a pan and stir in the curry paste. Open the packets and spoon some of the sauce on top and serve.
