Tumis Tahu Tauge Kedelai
fried bean sprouts with yello tofu

100g tauge kedelai (soybean sprouts)
1 block tahu takwa / tofu Kuning
50 g minced beef
3 sprigs of chives
1 salam leaf
2 tbsp kecap asin
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp palm sugar
100 ml of water
2 tablespoons oil
5 shallots
4 cloves garlic
4 red chilies
1 tomato
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the tofu into cubes and chop the chives. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the paste with the salam for 3 minutes. Add the mince and fry it loose. Add the bean sprouts and mix well. Spoon in the kecap, pepper and palm sugar followed by the water. Bring to the boil and toss in the tahu and chives and simmer gently until cooked.
