Chicken curry with rice and coconut

200 gr drumsticks
350 gr rice
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp santen asli (coconut milk)
2 tbsp oil
1 tsp cinnamon
400 ml chickenstock

Score the meat. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the meat golden brown. Add the santen, the salt, the curry and the cinnamon and fry it for 10 seconds. Then add the rice and the stock and cook it slowly until the rice is cooked and the fluids are absorbed.
