Priaw Waan Kai - chicken in sweet/sour sauce

Priaw Waan Kai
chicken in sweet/sour sauce
ingredients:
450 gr chickenbreast
4 tbsp flour
3 shallots
1 red bell pepper
60 gr pineapple
4 tbsp tomato ketchup
4 spring onions
125 ml chicken stock
1 tbsp kecap manis (sweet dark soy sauce)
2 tsp palmsugar
3 tsp rice vinegar
6 tbps oil
preperation/method:
Slice the shallots, the spring onion and the bell pepper fine. Cut the pineapple into cubes. Slice the meat into thin pieces. Dredge the meat through the flour. Heat in a wok the oil an fry the meat for 5 minutes and put in on a plate. Add the shallots and the pepper and fry it for 3 minutes. Then add the remaining ingredients and whem it starts to boil add the meat and let it simmer slowly for 5 minutes. Then serve.
