spicey mushroom salad

Ingredients:
50 gr mushrooms
1 shallot
1 tbsp grated carrot
4 red rawits (small chilies)
8 cloves garlic
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp chili sauce (see recipe)

Garnish
1/2 tomato

Preperation/method:
Cut the mushrooms and the shallot into small cubes/slices. Slice the rawits into strips and the the garlic fine. Mix all ingredients and garnish it with thin sliced tomato.
