Kai Tod Taucheo
fried chicken with tauco
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 tbsp protein
2 tsp water chestnut flour, other cornflour
1 tbsp tauco
1 tsp palm sugar
2 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
1/2 tsp sesame oil

Preparation:
Cut the meat into small cubes. Beat the egg white. Mix the meat with the flour and egg white and coat the meat.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until done. Remove it from the pan and let it drain.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and fry the tauco for 10 seconds. Then add the palm sugar, rice wine and sesame oil and mix well. Then add the meat and mix well. Fry briefly and serve.
