350g beef
1 onion
4 cloves garlic
2 cm jahe
6 dried chilies
2 1/2 tbsp oyster sauce
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp palm sugar
650 ml water
2 tablespoons oil
Cara membuat:
Cut the meat into cubes, chop the garlic, cut the onion into thin slices and the chilies and coarse.
Heat in a pan the oil and fry the onion, the garlic and the jahe for 3 minutes. Add the meat and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the chilies, oyster sauce, salt and palm sugar and stir well. Then add the water and cook slowly until done.
