Udang Karang Bumbu Cabai
Spicy Lobster

1 lobster
3 shallots
3 red rawits (chili peppers)
2 green rawits
1 lime (juice)
salt to taste
pepper to taste
3 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cook the lobster first and then slice the meat. Cut the rawits and the shallots thinly. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shaloots and the rawits for 3 minutes. Then add the meat, the salt, the pepper and the lime juice and fry it for 1 minute and serve.
