Gar Dook Mu Ob Prik Gang
fried ribs
Ingredients:
500 gr pork ribs
200 ml water
marinate:
2 tbsp yellow curry paste (see recipe)
1 tsp lime juice
2 tbsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp fishsauce
100 ml coconut milk
Preperation/method:
Mix the ingredients for the marinate well. Cut the ribs into pieces and add them to the marinate and let it rest for 12 hours. Heat in a pan the
water and add the ribs and let it simmer slowly until the water has evaporated and the ribs are browned.
