fried garlic pork ribs
ingredients:
500 gr pork ribs / spare ribs
5 cloves garlic
1 tsp peppercorns
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp kecap asin (light soy sauce)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
200 ml oil
garnish:
sliced cucumber
sliced tomato
Preperation/method:
Pound or grind the garlic, the peppercorn into a paste and mix this with the salt, the kecap and the oyster sauce. Marinade the ribs with the sauce for at least 45 minutes. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the ribs for 15-20 minutes until cooked. Garnish it with the cucumber and tomato and serve
