spicy ribs

400 gr pork ribs / spare ribs
200 ml water
1 tbsp nam pla (fish sauce)
2 tbsp palmsugar
2 tbsp oil

ingredients paste:
1 red onion
6 cloves garlic
1 lemongrass
1 tsp salt
9 coriander roots

Pound or grind the ingredients for the paste fine into a paste. Mix the water, the nam pla, the oil, the palmsugar with the paste and marinade the ribs with it and let it rest for alt least 45 minutes. Add it to a pan and let it simmer slowly for 90 minutes
