fried curried ribs

ingredients:
500 gr pork ribs / spareribs
1 tsp limejuice
2 tbsp yellow curry paste
2 tsp palmsugar
1 tsp salt or too taste
2 tbsp Nam pla (fishsauce)
125 ml coconut milk
200 ml water

Preperation/method:
Mix the coconut milk wtih the curry paste, the fish sauce, the salt, the palsugar and the lime juice into a marinade. Cut het ribs into pieces and add it to the marinade and let in stand for a night. Heat in a wok  the water and add theribs. Let it simmer until all the liquid has evaporated and the fat is released. Fry the ribs for 10 minutes in its own fat.
