Minced beef with bamboo shoots curry

350 ml water
250 gr minced beef
2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp red curry paste (see recipe)
250 ml coconut milk
200 gr bamboo shoots

Slice the bamboo into thin strips. Heat in a wok half of the coconut milk and add the curry paste. Stir it until the paste is dissolved. Add the mince and fry it. Add the bamboo, the water, the fish sauce and the remaining coconut milk and cook it slowly until it is done.
