spicy fried meatballs
Ingredients:
300 gr minced meat
2 eggs
3 potatoes
3 stalks chines celery
1/2 nutmeg
15 peppercorns
1 tsp salt
7 tbsp flour
oil
water
garnish:
chilisauce
preperation/method:
Boil the potatoes until done and slice them into small cubes. Beat the eggs. Pound or grind the peppercorns, the mutmeg and the salt fine into a paste. Slice or chop the celery fine. Mix this with the minced meat, the potatoes and the paste and form small balls of the mixture.
Cover the balls with the egg and then with the flour. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the balls golden brown and crispy. Serve the balls with the chilisauce.
