Semur Ayam Tomat
chicken stew with tomatoes

1 chicken (1200 gr)
7 shallots
5 cloves garlic
5 tomatoes
2 cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
5 cm cinnamon
5 tbsp kecap manis
3 cm jahe
1 lombok
1000 ml chicken stock (see recipe)
4 tbsp oil

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces and the shallots and the garlic into thin slices. Slice the tomatoes in parts and the lombok in strips. Heat in a wok the oil and fry the shallots and the garlic in strips. Add the chicken an fry it golden brown. Then add the remaining ingredients and let it simmer slowly for 40 minutes until done.
