carp in creamy sauce


Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 carp
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp oil
500 ml santen asli (thick coconut milk)
1 tbsp cream

Haluskan:
Bumbu:
4 red lomboks
2 red rawits (bird's eye)
5 red onions
5 cloves garlic
4 kemiri (candlenuts)
1 cm jahe (ginger
2 cm kunyit (kurkuma)
1 cm kencur (bitterroot)
1 cm laos (galangal)
1 tsp palm sugar
1 tsp salt

Taburan:
garnish:
1 tbsp bawang goreng (fried onions)
2 limes, wedges

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the flesh of the fish and marinate it with lemon juice and salt and leave for 15 minutes. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the fish until cooked and scoop it out of the pan. Add the bumbu and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the santen and the cream and simmer gently for a thickish sauce. Spoon the sauce over the fish and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top and garnish it with lime wedges.
