Kangkung belacan cumi asin
kangkung with salted squid

200 gr kangkung
100 gr salted squid (cumi asin)
2 salam
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp palm sugar
150 ml water
3 red chilies
8 red shallots
4 cloves garlic
3 kemiri/candlenuts
1/2 tsp shrimp paste
2 cm laos
Cara membuat:
Cut the squid into small pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu fine into a paste. Cut the kangkung into pieces.
Heat in a wok / oil and fry the paste with the salam for 3 minutes. Add the squid and fry for 1 minute. Add the kangkung and fry it until it begins to soften. Then add the salt, palm sugar and the water and let it simmer softly until done.
