Jamur Cabai Hijau

Bahan-Bahan:
ingredients:
250 gr oyster mushrooms
3 tbsp oil
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
5 cloves of garlic
1 spring onion
4 green lomboks
50 ml of water
1 onion
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon sugar
Cara membuat:
preparation;
Cut the oyster mushrooms into thin strips. Cut the onion and garlic into thin slices. Cut the spring onion and the lomboks into thin rings. Heat the oil and sesame oil in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Then add the lomboks and the oyster mushrooms and fry until soft. Then add the water, spring onion, pepper, salt and palm sugar and mix well. Fry until done and serve.
