duck in green pepper sauce

Bahan-bahan:
ingredients:
1 duck, cleaned
2 jeruk purut leaves
2 salam leaf
1 serai / sereh / lemongrass
2 kunyit leaves
3 cm lengkuas / galangal / laos
500 ml of water
5 tablespoons oil

Haluskan:
bumbu:
9 shallots
9 cloves of garlic
20 green lomboks
3 cm jahe
3 cm kunyit
1 tbsp ketumbar
1 tsp pepper

Cara membuat:
preparation:
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces. Pound or grind the ingredients for the bumbu into a paste.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry the bumbu together with the jeruk purut and the salam for 6 minutes.
Then add the duck, the water, the serai, the kunyit leaves and the laos and fry the duck over medium heat for 60 minutes until done. Serve.
