chicken in creamy coconutsauce

1000 gr chicken
1000 ml chickenstock (see recipe)
3 cloves garlic
12 shallots
2 tsp trasi bakar
2 tsp asem / tamarind
1 tsp white pepper
2 salam leaves
5 cm cinnamon stick
4 cloves
1/2/tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1 tsp palmsugar
1 tbsp rice vinager
250 ml sante asli (Ithick coconut milk)

2 tbps bawang goreng

Cara membuat:
Cut the chicken into pieces and slice the shallots and the garlic fine. Heat in a wok the stock and add the shallots, the garlic, the trasi, the asem, the pepper, the salam, the cinnamon, the cloves, the palmsugar and the salt and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the chicken and the santen and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the chicken is done. Remove the chicken and let the sauce simmer slowly for 10 minutes until the sauce has thickened. Laddle the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle the bawang goreng on top. Then serve.
